Steven George

Steven George is a filmmaker and video editor at Channel Z in Minneapolis.

He has worked with Fallon, Late Night with Jimmy Fallon, Periscope, Fischer Edit, the University of Minnesota News Service, the Minnesota Film & Television Board, and as a freelance editor in Los Angeles.

Steven graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2011 with degrees in Advertising and Cinema & Media Culture. His films have earned multiple awards at the University of Minnesota Film Festival, including Judges Favorite, Audience Favorite, and Best Special FX. His work has been featured on the Hollywood Reporter, Buzzfeed, Uproxx, and more. In 2014, he received an Upper Midwest Regional Emmy for a Minnesota Twins campaign.

When not editing, Steven drums for the Minneapolis band The Symptones.
